Spend six weeks training you mind and step into greater calm. Join me in bringing the program online, and playing with the format to make it fit with life better. Price has been reduced for this initial program while we make adjustments to get the format just right.

About the Event

This program will be ideal for you if you:

  • Want to reduce "mind chatter" and worry.
  • Want an introduction to a complete set of techniques that you can take away and apply to anything that life throws at you, and allows you to continue to build resilience under varying pressures. 
  • Want to feel better in yourself or improve performance in an area. 
  • Have tried meditation but haven’t been able to make it a regular habit and feel the long-lasting benefits of a calm, clear mind.
  • Would like more support than a meditation app can give you.
  • Lead a busy life, but can set aside 10 to 20 minutes per day (the time commitment is up to you- it depends on how much you're hoping to get out of the program)
